Job summary

A Better Way ABA is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver personalized interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress in children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience with children or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by a BCBA/LBA.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor client progress.
• Maintain detailed session notes and records.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and families.
