Job summary

AbleMinds ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in Montross, Virginia. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon and evening hours and pays $25–$31 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

You will work one-on-one with the child, implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA and family to support progress and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children, preferably children with autism.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the client's home.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support communication, social skills, daily living skills, and independence.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and family to promote consistency and progress.
