Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for families across Colorado. We’re a smaller, hands-on company — you'll get real support from your BCBA, not just a caseload and a login.

If you’re willing to obtain RBT certification and want to make a real difference in kids' lives, we'd love to hear from you. Join a collaborative clinical team with practical mentorship, and gain experience in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team.
