Job summary

The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) in Jacksonville, NC invites you to join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and clinic ABA therapy to children. You will work one-on-one under BCBA supervision to help develop communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills in familiar home or clinic environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
