Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Woodstown, NJ to support children with ASD through in-home ABA therapy. You will work under supervision to implement evidence-based treatment plans and help families achieve meaningful progress.

You should be committed to learning, collecting data, and maintaining a safe, positive session environment while traveling locally to client homes.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
