Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA interventions in in-home and in-person settings in Arizona. The position offers afternoon shifts with pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour, plus weekly pay and supportive supervision.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, have reliable transportation, and experience with children or adolescents with Autism. You will collect data, support program staff, and help families implement behaviors in natural

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
