Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Dayton, Tennessee, with additional service in Soddy Daisy. You will provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting data and supporting children's development.

We offer competitive hourly pay, RBT certification training, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits for full-time staff, with opportunities for growth in the ABA field.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Early intervention experience (ages 2–6) (Required)

Mansioni

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
