Job summary

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in Dayton, Tennessee (also serving Soddy Daisy). In-person role providing one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home settings.

You will collect data, follow behavior plans, attend supervision sessions and team trainings. The position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and RBT certification support for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for BACB requirements.
• Active CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain within set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and trainings.
