Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one on one ABA therapy in home and school settings across Massachusetts. You’ll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.

Newcomers and experienced BTs are welcome; full training and in house RBT support are provided. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Reliable transportation for in home and school sessions.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA supervisors.
• Help children build communication, social, independence, and emotional regulation skills.
• Support children in classroom settings to participate and learn.
• Collect session data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and teachers to maintain consistency.
