House of Hearts ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) across Massachusetts, offering a paid pathway to becoming an RBT. No prior ABA experience required; we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and certification support to launch a rewarding career.

You'll work one-on-one with children with autism in home, school, and community settings, implementing programs under BCBAs and progressing to RBT certification within 1–3 months, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Hardworking, dependable and coachable individuals.
• Willing to learn and complete certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with children (ages 1 to 18) diagnosed with autism.
• Implement behavior and learning programs under BCBA supervision.
• Help children build communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Work in home, school, and community settings with clinical team support.
