Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• AA/AS or related experience in ABA is preferred.
• Experience with individuals ASD is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
