Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist for Hudson County (Jersey City/Secaucus) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism, with afternoon hours from 2pm to 8pm. Proficiency in English and Spanish helps families understand treatment plans and progress.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education (preferred).
• 1 year experience in applied behaviour analysis (preferred).
• Experience providing in-home ABA services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours by following treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
