Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Dalton team. You will deliver in-home ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, following individualized behavior plans and recording progress.

This part-time, in-person role offers competitive pay and a path to obtain RBT certification, plus mileage reimbursement and opportunities for growth within the ABA field; health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Passion for supporting children with special needs
• Regular transportation is required

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
