Job summary

Autumn ABA in Teaneck, NJ seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy after school hours for a client diagnosed with autism. Pay ranges from $28.00–$35.00 per hour, with an expected 25+ hours per week.

The role requires high school diploma and commuting to client homes in New Jersey. Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or social work is preferred and experience with young children is a plus.

Qualifications

• BT or RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, special education, or social work.
• Experience with young children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes and required paperwork for each therapy session.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.
