Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider is hiring Behavior Technicians in Brooklyn, NY to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll implement behavior plans, document progress, and maintain ongoing communication with caregivers. The role requires a high school diploma and offers a pay range of $24–$30 per hour, along with training support and flexible scheduling options. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and have experience with children.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, childcare, psychology, healthcare, or education preferred.
• RBT credential preferred but not required; training available.
• Must be able to travel locally to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document progress.
• Communicate with supervisors and caregivers.
• Maintain a consistent, reliable schedule.
