Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to join our Des Moines team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or in community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior.

No experience required; paid training is provided. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required before starting, with a six-month commitment encouraged to help our clients. This part-time role offers meaningful work and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as directed by the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
