Job summary

Heartland ABA in Burlington, IA seeks compassionate individuals for part-time one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
