iCare Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience with ABA services or children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or community under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity and empathy.
• Support communication, social, and functional living skills.
• Collect and record accurate session data using an electronic system.
• Communicate progress and insights with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in caregiver training to reinforce skills at home.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
