Heartland ABA is seeking in-home RBT Practitioners to support clients in Sidney & Lodgepole, NE. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans as part of our clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are RBT certified before starting, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and calm demeanor. Paid training is provided; part-time positions are available and six-month commitment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
