BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated ABA team. You will support clients in homes and community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior plans with a focus on independence and positive outcomes.

The role is part-time, offers flexible scheduling, and includes pathways for ongoing training and professional growth within a supportive clinical team. Prior RBT certification is required before working.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
