Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services in Columbus, GA, with flexible scheduling and mentorship. This role offers supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA and meaningful work helping children and families in their homes and communities.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, implement plans with fidelity, and collaborate with caregivers. A supportive team and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or pursuing certification
• Ability to deliver in-home ABA services with fidelity
• Strong communication with families and team members
• Commitment to HIPAA and ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings in homes and communities
• Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain session notes
• Collaborate with caregivers under BCBA supervision
• Prepare materials and ensure safe therapy environments
