Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Iowa is seeking Part-time In-Home RBTs to provide individualized ABA services to children in their homes or community settings.

As part of our clinical team, you will implement skill-building and behavior plans, record data, and communicate progress to families. No experience? Paid training is provided, and we offer flexible scheduling with a 6-month commitment to make a lasting impact in the lives of clients with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building plans.
• Support families and foster positive learning environments.
