Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
