Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and clinic ABA therapy for children with autism in Wilmington, NC. You will work under BCBA supervision to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar settings.

Compensation ranges $20-$30 per hour with DailyPay, plus benefits for eligible full-time staff. The role offers ongoing training, supervision, and career growth opportunities within The Treetop ABA network.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
