Job summary

Applied ABC seeks an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data in clients’ homes, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.

The role requires ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit of related studies, and valid RBT certification. Flexible weekday/weekend hours and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
