Job summary

BH Field is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide one-to-one ABA services in clients' homes in Manchester, GA. Sessions are in-home, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, with pay of $28–30 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of RBT experience, active RBT certification, and a valid driver's license. Transportation to client locations is required, and Catalyst data collection experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• Valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect data based on the client's behavior.
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.
