Job summary

Behavioral Health Field is seeking a registered behavior technician to provide one-to-one ABA services in-home across Lawrenceville, GA 30045, Monday to Friday after 4pm. The role requires traveling to client locations and working with IDD/ ASD populations under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of RBT experience, a current RBT certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to commute. Experience with Catalyst for data collection is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 months of RBT experience.
Must have an active RBT Certification Number.
Active driver license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
Collect and record data based on client behavior.
Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
Assist BCBA during assessment and in preparing learning materials.
Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.
