Job summary

BH Field in Manchester, GA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home ABA services after school hours, Monday to Friday 3:30 PM–6:30 PM. Salary is $25-$30 per hour and reliable transportation is required. You will work with clients with IDD/ASD and support BCBA-led treatment plans.

The role involves data collection, following ABA protocols, and collaborating with families and supervisor to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 months+ experience as an RBT
• Active RBT Certification Number
• Valid driver license
• Willingness to commute to clients locations
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate with clients, families and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and prep of learning materials.
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment.
