Job summary

Achievesments ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services under supervision, in-home and community settings. You will collect data, report progress, and maintain records, supporting children with autism and their families.

The role offers flexible shifts including full-time and part-time options, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely progress reports.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
