Job summary

The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in Arizona City and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with families in their homes, implementing ABA plans under supervision, and build strong relationships that create real, lasting change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental differences under supervision.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA and track progress.
• Communicate with families and keep them updated on child progress during sessions.
