Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in their homes across Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler and surrounding areas). You’ll join a supportive team, receive training, supervision, and growth opportunities while making a meaningful difference for families.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, travel to clients' homes, document progress, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes within service area.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences under supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans and track progress.
• Communicate with families about progress and outcomes.
