Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers is hiring an In-Home RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home settings along the Austin Highway area, with travel to clients’ homes and supervision by a BCBA.

We offer hourly pay $18.00–$24.00, paid training, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits (health, life, PTO, 401(k) with match, mileage reimbursement). No nights or weekends; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Active RBT Certification through BACB in good standing preferred.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT training and certification within 20 days of hire if not certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed.
• Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home
• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver care (mileage reimbursed)
• Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and support progress
• Use play-based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands‑on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team
• Support caregiver education and carryover across environments
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
