Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home services in Des Moines, IA, with Tue/Thu afternoons/evenings, part-time. You will deliver direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA, collect data, and maintain progress notes in a family setting.

Qualifications include active RBT certification and a high school diploma, plus prior ABA experience. We offer flexible hours, BCBA supervision, paid non-billable time, and benefits such as cancellation bonuses and tuition support
