Job summary

Houston In-Home ABA Group is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA services in the Gainesville, TX area. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing behavior intervention plans and helping children with ASD reach developmental milestones.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the BCBA to tailor treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Must pass background check and health screenings.
• Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• TB test and health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA services in a child’s home.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill plans.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct.
