WonderWay ABA Services in Cumming, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy, Monday–Friday 3:00pm–6:00pm. Join our exceptional, supportive ABA team that values work/life balance, unrestricted hours, and BCBA supervision to help you grow.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, collect data, track progress, support treatment plans, and communicate effectively with clients, families and the team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• 1+ year ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
