Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in York, NE is seeking energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior in home or community settings.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible hours, a supportive clinical team, and Same Day Pay so you can access earnings right after clocking in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided for newcomers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and foster a positive learning environment.
• Services occur in clients' homes or community locations.
• Start off part-time with a 6-month commitment.
