Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help children with Autism achieve their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions and recording data with electronic devices.

We offer part-time positions with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
