Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking an RBT to provide in-home ABA services in Loganville, GA (Tuesday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM). The role requires a valid RBT certification number, 3+ months of RBT experience, and a reliable vehicle to reach clients’ locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience as an RBT.
• Valid RBT Certification Number is required.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients in-home.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on clients' behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and material preparation.
• Seek supervision to ensure effective treatment implementation.
