Hidden Light ABA is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes across Texas. You will follow BCBA-developed plans, collect data, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Competenze

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans and collect session data.
• Document progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
