Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children. You will work one-on-one in clients’ homes, following BCBA-developed plans and collecting session data. You’ll document progress and collaborate with a clinical team to support child development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Dependability, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
