Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the client’s home, under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build communication, social interaction and daily living skills. This paid position requires flexibility, weekend availability preferred, and adherence to confidential standards while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Background checks and motor vehicle record checks required

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the client's home
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record session data using agency-approved software
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team members
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings
• Support generalization of client skills across settings and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical and confidentiality standards
