Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a dedicated therapist to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

You will provide 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, track progress, and help clients develop communication, self-help, and social skills while adhering to company policies and ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• A valid Driver's License is required and reliable transportation/insurance are expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
