Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and participate in staff training to support family-focused care.

Qualifications

• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Ability to work in homes of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect and record therapy session data.
