Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This role emphasizes one-to-one intervention, data collection, and collaboration with supervisors.

You’ll join a growing provider network across states, with weekday and weekend availability and opportunities for professional growth; day-to-day work happens in clients' homes with dedicated training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or pursuing related education.
• Ability to work in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
