Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in the Richmond, Henrico area. Strong preference for candidates with ABA experience and RBT certification, with supervision from BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
• Current RBT certification preferred; ABA experience and autism experience are strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes in the Henrico area; part-time afternoon/evening availability.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision; collect session data and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily-living and behavioral skills.
• Use reinforcement and other evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Provide services primarily in clients’ homes and community settings.
