Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to a preschool-aged child in Millville, NJ after school hours. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and potential travel compensation as needed.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to data collection and progress notes. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, plus preferred (but not required) Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Willingness to travel 100% and commute to Millville, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA services in the home for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection for session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes and required paperwork.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.
