Job summary

Autumn ABA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy after school for a preschooler in Milford, NJ. A flexible schedule and competitive pay are offered, with potential travel compensation.

Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic ABA services, data collection, and maintaining session notes. You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA and team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work is preferred.
• Experience working with young children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.
