Heartland ABA is seeking a compassionate Autism Care & Behavior Technician to support children in their homes and community settings in Hiawatha, Kansas. This role offers part-time hours with paid training and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, track progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to reinforce independence and positive behaviors. No previous experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
