Job summary

Champions ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate in-home case in Easton, MA. You will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with Autism, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
