Job summary

ABA.Co, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children in Roswell, NM. Work one-on-one under BCBA supervision, collecting data and following intervention plans to support development and daily living skills.

The role offers training to obtain RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and full-time health benefits. Must have a high school diploma and reliable transportation; CPR and RBT certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a home setting.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
